All ORDERS will be sent by ground U.P.S. or U.S. Post Office, unless other wise stated. There will be an additional charge for special shipping.
All items ship within 24 to 48 hours, add an extra 1 to 2 weeks if item is on back order. Orders usally take about 1 to 2 weeks. Clearance items could be sold out by the time of your order. If this happens you will be notified and your order will have the items subtracted from your order and you will not be charged.
We will e-mail when order is shipped or what is on back order.
Your credit card will not be charged until order is shipped.

Duties and Taxes
Q. Do you calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the US?
A. The answer varies depending on where your order is shipped (At this time all these will be added to your order along with shipping after you place an International order):
- Orders shipping to Canada: Applicable duties and taxes are calculated during checkout. Creation Family Book Store collects duties and applicable GST, HST, PST after your order is placed and remits the proper amount to Revenue Canada. Provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia must remit HST (14%). Ontario must remit GST (6%). Quebec must remit QST (7 ½%) to the total including GST. All other provinces remit GST. Creation Family Book Store will try and clear your packages through USPS or UPS. Amounts received by Creation Family Book Store for duties and taxes are received on your behalf.
- Orders shipping to Japan: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. There may be duties applied to the order that are not calculated during checkout. Please note that these duties are not collected by Creation Family Book Store and that customers are responsible for any additional duties at the time of delivery.
- Orders shipping to destinations outside the US, Canada and Japan: Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Creation Family Book Store). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
- Gifts sent to a recipient outside the US And Canada: The recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes, which will be due at time of delivery.
Import/Export Restrictions
Q. How can I tell if an item is available for shipment to a particular country?
A. Individual product descriptions contain specific availability information. Due to shipping restrictions and government regulations, (possible) not all of our products are available in every country.
Q. In general, may I ship an order to any country I choose?
A. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, Nijeria, and Somalia.
Shipping Items Uninsured
Q. While checking out, why was I given the option to ship items "uninsured?"
A. Uninsured shipping will appear as an option for orders going to certain countries (see list below). Not all carriers will insure packages shipping to these countries. We give you the option of choosing between uninsured and insured methods. Note: If you select an uninsured shipping method, you agree to accept liability for shipping items uninsured.

International Shipping - (Will be added after order!) add 35% of Product Total plus a $10.00 minimum and no maximum charge. US$ only. Orders will take longer.
Note: International orders only. DVDs are 1 but in some cases can play on other formats. Videos are NTSC if you would like other formats or language please e-mail.
At this time Iternational Orders can be done but the total for duties and shipping on your order will be added after you place it. You will be notified by E-mail what the total will be you then have to replay back that it is OK and then your order will be procced.
Returns
Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?
Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
CFB RETURNS POLICY:
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us before returning any product!
DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
- Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
- Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.
- Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.
- Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

How long will it take to get an order replaced?
